The Windows download is an unsigned portable test build, not a production installer. Windows may display a warning. Download only from the linked GitHub prerelease and verify its SHA-256 before running it.

How releases are verified

  1. 01

    Identify the publisher. The operating-system signature must name the publisher shown on this site.

  2. 02

    Match the SHA-256. The downloaded bytes must match the release’s published checksum.

  3. 03

    Use an immutable release. Versioned files are never silently replaced.
