One billing identity, all your data characters

Your EVT billing account is anchored to the billing character you verify through official EVE SSO. It is an EVT identity, not an EVE account or a claim that we can identify every character belonging to the same person. All locally connected data characters share its subscription. Reconnecting, reinstalling or pairing another device does not restart the trial.

Changing the billing character, recovering a lost identity or paying from an unlinked alt requires support. Do not create another billing identity expecting it to inherit an existing payment. EVT never asks for your EVE password.

400 million ISK for each 30-day term

One 30-day full-access trial starts on your first verified central activation. Each matched payment of 400 million ISK adds a fixed 30-day paid term, rather than a calendar month. No automatic debit or recurring transfer takes place; renewals are manual in-game transfers.

Early renewal adds time after your existing access ends, including any remaining trial. Late renewal starts from the verified transfer time, not the time we first observe it. A subscription-enabled app shows your verified payment and expiry dates. Its in-app renewal reminder is scheduled five days before expiry, day 25 of a normal 30-day term, while EVT is open.

Use the exact character, amount and reference

The nominated recipient is Cambrianor, character ID 1631557225. When collection opens, obtain a fresh reference in Subscription and transfer exactly 400,000,000 ISK from the displayed billing character. Copy the payment reason exactly and pay within the displayed reference window. Verify the recipient ID in EVE before sending.

Only a matching entry in the receiving wallet journal grants paid access. A screenshot, local balance or claim that ISK was sent does not replace that evidence. Wallet caching can delay confirmation; allow it to refresh, then refresh your subscription. Each accepted transfer credits once even if the journal is checked again.

Refund requests and payment problems

A wrong amount, sender, recipient, reason, expired reference or duplicate transfer requires manual review. Do not send more ISK to fix a pending payment without speaking to support. Transfers to another recipient cannot be recovered by EVT, and unmatched transfers do not automatically extend your access.

No automatic refund, partial credit or cash payment is provided. Ask privately for a refund or correction, supplying the sender character, reference, amount and transfer time. The operator checks receiving-wallet evidence and explains the decision. Any approved return is handled manually in ISK to the verified original sender. A request does not itself grant access or guarantee a refund.

Expiry preserves your local data

Expiry stops premium access in subscription-enabled builds while subscription management, Settings, privacy controls and Tutorial remain available. Local portfolio data is not deleted. A previously verified licence can cover at most 24 hours without a successful check and never beyond your subscription expiry. An outage does not automatically extend a trial or paid term; contact support if it affects your access.

Existing ungated test downloads remain test downloads. These terms do not turn them into paid builds or override the licence shipped with their source. EVT supplies read-only decision support, does not automate EVE orders and does not guarantee profit or uninterrupted upstream data.
