Help
Support
Get installation help or contact the EVT operator privately about billing, refunds and privacy. Payment collection is not open; the public Windows download remains an unsigned early release.
Private contact
Billing, refunds and privacy requests
Send private EVE mail to Cambrianor, character ID 1631557225. Verify the character ID before contacting anyone claiming to be support. Use this channel for missing payments, incorrect transfers, refund requests, billing-identity recovery and access, correction or deletion of central billing records. Do not post private payment or account details in the public issue tracker.
For payment help include the sender character ID, exact payment reference, amount, transfer date/time and a short description. For privacy or recovery include the billing character and requested action. The operator verifies the identity and relevant evidence; never send a password, EVE token, assistant key, login code, cookie or full database.
Support is handled manually, with no guaranteed response time or 24-hour service. Refunds and corrections need evidence-based review and are not automatic. Read the Subscription terms and Privacy notice before using the billing service.
Payment pending
Check once before sending again
Allow the receiving-wallet cache to refresh, then use Refresh subscription in the app. Check that you used the displayed billing character, recipient, exact amount and unexpired reference. Do not send a second payment to fix a missing confirmation. If it still does not match, contact support privately with the transfer details; screenshots alone cannot grant access.
No payment instructions are offered while collection is closed. Do not send ISK based only on a website description. Older downloads retain their original access policy. The current early release requires billing-account pairing for premium pages; Settings, Tutorial and subscription recovery remain available. Collection remains closed.
